ED
RAPP started his career with the Soil Conservation Service in 1978 and
retired from the Natural Resource Conservation Service in 2008.
Ed always liked the map-making portion of his job; receiving a letter
of commendation from then State Conservationist, Frank Dickson, for his
work in preparing the many maps for the 1987 handbook titled Wyoming Range and Land Management.
Over the years Ed has provided Wyoming landowners with water
right maps. Upon his retirement from federal service, he bought a
computer, a 24” photo-quality plotter, and Rapp’s Maps & Consulting
LLC was born. Ed continues to prepare water right maps and enjoys
doing land ownership maps for Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC.
