Before joining Clark & Associates Land Brokers, Kevin Canaday spent nearly three decades in agricultural lending, financing ranches, farms, and rural properties across the Rocky Mountain West, Nevada, and Texas. He began his college career at the University of Wyoming and later earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University. After graduation, Kevin advanced through the Farm Credit system, ultimately serving as Regional Senior Vice President for AgTexas. In addition to his professional career, Kevin has volunteered his financial expertise as the finance and budget coordinator at his church. He operates by the timeless principles of integrity, honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service.

Feeling called to return to his roots in the West, Kevin now resides west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. His passion for the land and the ranching lifestyle runs deep. Raised on a ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Kevin grew up immersed in agriculture, rodeo, hunting, fishing, and skiing. Today, he enjoys spending time horseback, hunting, fly fishing, and traveling with his wife of nearly 34 years to visit their three children and granddaughter.
