Mark McNamee was raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, where he gained a deep understanding of both farming and ranching operations. In 1997, he graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and soon after launched his real estate career.

Over the years, Mark has built extensive experience helping buyers and sellers with farm and ranch real estate transactions, as well as conducting numerous farm, ranch equipment, and livestock auctions. His versatility — from traditional listings to single- and multi-parcel real estate auctions — allows him to offer clients a true one-stop solution for real estate and agricultural asset marketing.

In 2009, Mark earned the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation through the National Auctioneers Association, further strengthening his expertise. This advanced training equips him to guide clients through every stage of the auction process, from advertising and property preparation to financial evaluations and creative parceling strategies that maximize returns while giving buyers flexible options.

Today, Mark lives in Buffalo, Wyoming, with his daughter Jordyn. He operates the Kaycee branch of Clark & Associates Land Brokers as well as McNamee Land & Auction LLC. His professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Wyoming Association of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association, and Wyoming Auctioneers Association. Mark is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Montana.
