Stan Mosher is a third-generation farmer and rancher who was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where his family farmed across eastern Wyoming and western Nebraska. He served four years on active duty in the U.S. Navy Presidential Honor Guard stationed in Washington, D.C., and was honorably discharged. In 1980, he graduated from the Western College of Auctioneers in Billings, Montana.

In 2001, Stan transitioned his western Nebraska farm and ranch to a Certified Organic operation. He designed and built a certified organic grain cleaning facility to market his crops — certified NOP, EU, and JAS — throughout the U.S. and internationally, achieving higher market prices. He also raised and sold organic millet hay and grass-fed beef, complementing his certified organic cattle herd. In 2015, Stan leased out his farming and ranching operation, which he still owns today, producing both organic and conventional crops.

Licensed in real estate since 1997, Stan has extensive experience as an associate broker, owner, buyer, and seller of farm, ranch, commercial, and multi-family properties. He brings decades of hands-on agricultural knowledge and real estate expertise to every transaction.
