Tandy Dockery has led the residential and commercial real estate division of the Lusk, Wyoming office since 2007. A proud lifelong resident of Niobrara County, Tandy brings a positive perspective on the benefits of rural living to her role at Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC.

She is a 1992 graduate of Niobrara County High School and earned her Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in Business from Eastern Wyoming College. Tandy and her husband, Matt, live east of Lusk, where they are actively involved in their family’s ranching operation. Their two grown children have also returned to Niobrara County and are continuing the family’s ranching legacy.

Tandy is deeply engaged in her community, serving as a member of the Niobrara County Fair Board, Lusk ROCS, and the local P.E.O. Chapter. She brings teamwork, a strong sense of public service, and a high level of dedication to every client she serves, helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential and commercial real estate market with care and professionalism.
