Under current management, the ranch supports a carrying capacity of approximately 300–350 head of cow/calf pairs year-round through a high-intensity rotational grazing program. The system allows two of the center pivots to be grazed following a first cutting of hay, maximizing forage production and grazing efficiency.


The third pivot has produced approximately 4.5–5 tons of alfalfa per acre with three cuttings per year, providing valuable feed resources for the operation.


The property is fenced and cross-fenced into five separate pastures, allowing the rotational grazing program to be effectively implemented and further enhancing pasture utilization.


Water resources are well developed across the ranch, with livestock supplied by an improved and reliable water system consisting of 19 stock tanks connected by approximately 4½ miles of underground pipeline. In addition to windmills and stock wells, each of the center pivots is supported by its own irrigation well, providing dependable water access throughout the property.
