Jordan Property

The Jordan Property consists of 14.9± deeded acres, located approximately one mile north of Lusk, Wyoming. Historically, used as an automotive towing business this property includes a 4,600 sq. ft. service garage, 1,160 sq. ft. Quonset building, and an 1,404 sq. ft. mobile home along with several other smaller outbuildings. The large shop features a total of five overhead doors with one oversized bay for semi-tractors. Included in the shop are two vehicle hoists including a 40 ton hoist for work on large vehicles or semi-trucks. The shop is heated using fuel oil. Finished office space with electric heat and a bathroom are also included in the shop. Concrete footers have been poured for a new large Quonset hut.
