Road 56 Hay Farm

This 285.64± acre hay farm is a nice balance of pivot and flood irrigated ground that has historically produced approximately 4 tons of hay to the acre. This farm offers 140± acres of flood irrigated ground and 125± acres of pivot irrigated ground, under the two Reinke pivots. The two pivots include a 2018, seven-tower unit with a swing arm and a 2020, three-tower pivot, both equipped with GPS equipped. The water source on this farm is provided by Goshen Irrigation District with an allocation for 258± acres. There are two drain ditches that run through the middle of the property that historically run year-round. The farm has great year-round access with direct access off of Goshen County Road 56.
