Located just outside Wolf Point, Montana, tucked into the scenic river bottom of the Missouri River is the Wolf Point Irrigated Farm. Situated on the main lateral of the Fort Peck Water Users Irrigation Project, this 140± deeded acre farm is well watered for prime irrigated farmland. Approximately 20± acres comprise the homesite with dryland grass pasture surrounding the single-family home and a 25x40 cold storage steel building. The property currently flood-irrigates four fields which were planted in small grain forage in 2025. In a region known for its upland bird hunting, this is a rare opportunity to own a prime irrigated farm for a hay operation, or to be used as a recreation property.
