Zerbe Grass Pasture

Consisting of 280± deeded acres, the Zerbe Grass Pasture is located approximately 7.5 acres norther east of Lusk, Wyoming. Year-round access is provided via a well maintained county road known as Kirtley Road and is situated just two miles east of US Highway 85. The property is perimeter fenced with four and five strand barbed wire fencing and is crossed fenced into three pastures, making this ideal for rotational grazing of livestock. Approximately 93± acres are in dryland hay. Historically the owners have harvested approximately 1½ to 1 ton of hay per acre of hay, depending on the summer moisture. There is a solar well with a storage tank along with a couple of livestock tanks that provide water to livestock. A variety of wildlife frequents the area including antelope and occasionally deer.
